Even though it's cold, we are growing winter vegetables in our high tunnel. A high tunnel is an unheated greenhouse that keeps the vegetables about twenty degrees warmer than the ambient temperature outside the tunnel. Here's what we currently have growing:

Red Beets

Mustard Greens

Curly and Premier Kale

Hakurei (white) Turnips

Bloomsdale Spinach

Lettuce mix (green and red Winter blend) and Arugula

Cabbage

Green onions
We also make homemade sourdough bread and jams/jellies!
Between now and the end of April, we will sell on-farm on Sundays from 12-3, just contact us to make sure we have what you need!
From the last week of April until the last week of October, we sell each Saturday from 8 AM- Noon at the Lascassas Farmers Market.
